Seven easy steps to prepare for your amateur radio license test

1. Get a study guide and read it from cover to cover.
2. Setup a free account on HamTesting.com.
3. Log into your account
4. Take a practice test so you have a baseline for your studying efforts.
5. Use HamTesting.com's review system to test yourself on each section of the test. The review system is designed to help you quickly ascertain the sections/questions that you have problems with and allow you to focus on them.
6. Take the time to understand the questions that you have problems with during your review. Look in our forums to see better explanations of answer, as well as hints/tricks that you can use for answering the questions. Use the review system to go over these questions until you can answer them all correctly.
7. Take another practice test, see how you do, and if needed go back and do some more review.
